Privacy Protocol

Effective Date: April 2026

At Forgenos Systems, we view data privacy not as a compliance requirement, but as a fundamental engineering standard. Our entire infrastructure has been designed from the ground up to eliminate unnecessary data collection. This document outlines exactly how our platform interacts with your information.

1. Local-First Processing Architecture

The cornerstone of the Forgenos platform is our Local-First Processing Engine. Unlike traditional web applications that mandate uploading your files to remote cloud servers, our utilities process data directly within your device's browser sandbox using technologies like WebAssembly (WASM) and local JavaScript execution.

2. Zero Data Retention Policy

Because our platform does not utilize a traditional user account system or backend database for processing, we maintain a strict Zero Data Retention Policy regarding your input data. Once you close a utility page or refresh your browser, any data you entered into that specific tool is instantly and permanently destroyed from the active memory.

3. Local Storage and Telemetry

To provide a seamless user experience, we utilize your browser's native Local Storage capabilities. This is strictly used to save non-sensitive application state data, such as:

This preference data remains exclusively on your hard drive and is never synchronized to our servers. We do not employ invasive tracking pixels or fingerprinting technologies to monitor your behavior across our platform.

4. Advertising and Analytics Transparency

To sustain the development and hosting of the Forgenos directory as a free resource, we utilize third-party advertising networks, specifically Google AdSense.

Google AdSense uses cookies to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to our website or other websites on the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their browsing history. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ad Center.

5. Changes to the Privacy Protocol

As we expand our infrastructure—particularly with our upcoming integration of local Artificial Intelligence modules—we may periodically update this protocol. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. However, our core commitment to Local-First processing will never change.
